A HONEYMOON in Tenerife followed the wedding of Clithcroe couple Miss Fiona Griffiths and Mr Michael Yearing, at Trinity Methodist Church, Clitheroe.
., The bride, a full-time mother of the cou-
' pie’s twin daughters, Rebecca and Katie, is the daughter of Mr Joseph Griffiths, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, USA and the late Mrs Alison Griffiths. ■' . : Her bridegroom, a finance manager, is
the son of Mr Alan Yearing and Mrs Susan Yearing, of Bawdlands, Clitheroe. The bride, given away by her father, wore
a pearl taffeta full-length strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline, ruched bodice And A- line skirt and a chapel length train. Her veil with little diamantes and ribbon edges, was held in place by a silver tiara. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of cream, yellow and pur ple flowers. She was attended by Mrs Jacqueline Har-
rop the bridegroom’s sister and Mrs Robin Preston, who wore knee-length dresses of Cadbury purple, with ruffled detail and scooped necklines and carried flowers simi lar to the bride’s. The bride’s brother Mr Ian Griffiths, also accompanied the bride. Flower girls were the couple’s three-year-
old twin daughters and the bridegroom s niece, Chloe Harrop. They wore ivory water fall chiffon dress with wrap over neckline and
purple sashes. Best man was Mr David Chambers and :■ :• ,
ushers were Daniel Fielding, Chris Dixon and Joseph Griffiths, the bride’s brother. Pageboy and ring bearer was Mark Har rop, nephew of the bride and bridegroom. Following the ceremony, conducted by the

gineer, has just returned from a six-month op erational tour of duty in Afghanistan.
