LANCASHIRE County Council officers have moved to Contaet Burnley - the first move of its kind in the coun­

hand between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Mondays, Tuesdays; Thurs­ days and Fridays, and 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesdays to deal with a range of enquiries as an alternative to calling the county council’s customer service line. ; These services include eve­ rything from completing blue badge applications and dealing with highways queries, to ap­


plying for concessionary travel cards. The officers will work closely
