THE glorious gardens of Downham Hall are open to the public this weekend from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.This is a day out for all the family with lots of room to wander and when you get tired, delicious afternoon teas will be served by ladies of the village. There will also be a cake stall manned by ladies of the WI. On Saturday members of the Caledonian Society will be giving demonstrations of Scottish country dancing.
