Working towards an NVQ in Process Operations Level III, trainees will undergo a four year comprehensive programme covering all aspects of cement production, including safety, quality standards and procedures, from quarrying the raw material, through to delivering the finished product to the customer. This will be followed by an ‘improver year'.
