NOTICE IS HER E B Y GIVEN that on the 2nd November 2004, Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3(2) and 124 of and Part 1V of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to revoke the Lan cash ire County Cou n c il (P imlico Bridge, Clitheroe) (Weight Restriction) Order 1968.


The Order will also revoke that part of the Lancashire C o u n ty C o u n c il (M etricat ion o f E x is t in g Weight Restrictions and Consolidation) Order 1990, insofar as it relates to Pimlico Railway Bridge, Clitheroe.


This Order will come into force on the 8th November, 2004, and any person wishing to question the validity of the Order may within 6 weeks o f the date of making apply to the High Court for that purpose. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected during nonnal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, and at the offices of the Environment Director, at Lancashire County Council, Environment Directorate, PO Box 9, Guild House, C ro s s Street, Preston (quoting reference: TS/TRO/3/33.GLC) until the 14th December, 2004
