provided over 1.5 million cars and wheelchairs to disabled people.
Despite the obvious success, there are still many disabled people who qualify for the scheme
who aren’t currently benefiting from it. In a move to make the Motability more accessible to new and existing customers, the charity has unveiled a new and improved scheme. Along with a new and refreshed brand identity there are four key enhancements, which have been
developed to simplify and improve using the Scheme.
Commenting on the changes, Lord Sterling, the Chairman of Motability says, “It is appropriate that these most significant enhancements since the Scheme started are announced in this our Silver Jubilee year. They follow an 18-month internal review and take account of customer feedback, plus the views of leading disability groups.” The four major enhancements are as follows: More Miles
