Top is coming off TT Roadster I
F the TT Coupe isn’t quite exciting enough for you, wait until Autumn and you can have the top off.
That is when the TT Roadster quattro
is due to go on sale. Like the TT Coupe it will be available
with a choice of engines — 180bhp 1.8 litre turbo and 225bhp 1.8 litre turbo. The first gives it a spring to 60mph time of just less than eight seconds and a
147mph. The Roadster features two chromed
rollover hoops and strengthened A-pillars for added safety. Features include front and side airbags, leather upholstery and six-spoke alloy wheels. Prices will be revealed at the end of the summer.
