Quality Development Adviser


f i tec one of the driving forces for training and development in East Lancashire, has a vacancy in the Training Operations team.


The main purpose of this position is to support and assist the Quality Development Manager, with activities relating to implementation of Strategic Objectives for Quality.


The postholder would also work closely with other teams to develop, improve and maintain a Supplier Monitoring Strategy,


linked to the External Inspection Framework. In addition they will be working on activities linked to Contract Capability &,


Internal Quality matters.


Knowledge of Work Based Training for Adults and Young People and the delivery components that make up those programmes is essential.
