Sea creature fossil found by river

AN unusual fossil dis­ covered on the banks of th e River Ribble could be 400 million years old, according to the Ciitheroe man who made the find.


Frank Bridge spotted a stone with a fossil of a long worm-like sea creature encased in its surface when out walking.
