Rooster Rojo Pineapple and Chocolate Sling


Ingredients • 50ml Rooster Rojo Smoked Pineapple Tequila • 25ml pineapple puree • 15ml lime juice • 3ml chocolate bitters • 50ml pineapple juice


Method Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain the cocktail into a Sling glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple, shaved chocolate, chilli flakes for a touch of warmth, and coriander.
