notes. The warmth delivered by the smoky character of both spirits will start the evening with a warm glow.
Rooster Rojo, the range of fine 100% Blue Weber Agave tequilas from Mexico, grew in popularity last year, due to the smooth, delicious taste notes in the range. Two of the most innovative drinks in the tequila sector right now, these smoky tequilas are a ‘must stock’ on the back bar.
Here we bring you an original cocktail recipe, Pineapple and Chocolate Sling, showcasing the Smoked Pineapple

Rooster Rojo’s Master Distiller experimented with various pineapples and different roast levels for over a year until the perfect variety and smokiness was found. Red Spanish Pineapples were selected because of the distinctive taste profile they provide.
