Invite your guests to chill with Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur Recipe for Kwai Feh’s The Chill Bill

At this time of year, drinks should provide the perfect transition from high summer to cooler evenings with elegant recipes that are easy to concoct in a busy venue. As your customers return from perhaps tasting summer cocktails overseas, provide a little exoticism with Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur.

The Kwai Feh Chill Bill cocktail is a recipe that makes the most of this extraordinary, contemporary liqueur. It is low in alcohol at just 20% ABV so a great choice for those wishing to opt for a drink that tastes intriguing and is also light and fresh.

With just two elements, Kwai Feh Lychee Liqueur and Bitter Lemon, this is as simple to create as a G&T yet lower in alcohol. It is complex in taste, despite the simplicity of the method.

Kwai Feh meets the need for exotic, unusual cocktails. The pretty pink bottle looks distinctive on the back bar and captures the essence of fresh lychee juice.

Kwai Feh is an exciting discovery for those consumers who don’t yet know it. It is sweet and elegant, without being overly sugary in taste. The liqueur adds a richly exotic, contemporary taste note to martinis and fruit-based cocktails and works as an aperitif or a digestif due to its versatility.

This delicious and elegant ingredient is made by the masters of liqueurs, De Kuyper, who also produce Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur and the world-famous Cherry Heering Liqueur.
