As guests enter INCA, they are drawn down a winding staircase, adorned colourful Brazilian- style tiles that twinkle mystical light. Heading through the space into the first bar area, guests are given a taste of what’s to come, with peep-through walls, secret windows and stunning Latin decor. Once comes to life. Entertainment starts in the evening, ensuring guests are catapulted into the compelling world of rapturous South American life.
The eclectic menu, led by Head Chef Davide Alberti, will showcase authentic yet contemporary South American influenced dishes with exquisite ‘twists’, completely unique to INCA. With his wealth of expertise in flavour and texture led dishes, Alberti’s menu will provide dishes using quality ingredients, spun into new styles, infitting with the vibrant, high energy, fun atmosphere.
On the new opening, Nathanael Dadoun, Managing Partner, comments: “I have always had a passion for discovering new cultures and learning about different ways of living around the world. Following my extended travels in South America, I fell in love with the colours of these landscapes, the warmth of the locals. It was transparent to me that people there were authentic and happily fulfilled with simple things life has to offer. This was the inspiration behind INCA, which we are delighted to bring to London.”
Davide Alberti expands on the flavours and concept of the menu, “INCA’s menu is focussed around Latin flavours, heat, texture, fire, life, sharing and joy: all the ingredients of what food represents in my life. The menu I’ve created brings all these elements together, showcasing influence from Japenase-Peruvian Nikkei, with a modern touch to it — something truly unique.”
INCA will be open, from 8pm until the early hours and is located at 8-9 Argyll St, Soho, W1F 7TF. For more information, please visit:
