Here we discuss all the aspects of building and improving your home. You can book to see these exper ts for a 20 minute one to one meeting in the Ask an Exper t Arena. You have a Planner, Architect, Inter ior Designer, Land Scape Gardener, myself as the Financial Adviser and several of the shows other industry providers that will be on hand to guide and discuss your plans and ideas with.

So, obtaining the advice at the very star t is impor tant as this establishes what funds you have available. Finding your plot of land can sometimes be a daunting prospect, however you can register with the local author ity for the r ight to build and they try to match you up with a suitable plot of land. Obtaining planning permission for your grand project needs to be applied for when you have had an architect draw up your plans and before any building work star ts.
