We also welcome in the New Year with a focus on self-care and healthy living. In this issue, we explore the latest trends in wellness; from mindful-practices to nourishing recipes. With this in mind, we are supporting Veganuary this month; a campaign that inspires people to try vegan for January, with celebrity cookbooks, one-pot meal plans, nutrition guides, recipes and more to entice you. In favour of this, we have selected some scrumptious healthy vegan recipes for you to try at home, along with some alcohol-free mocktail recipes provided by our drinks’ expert Bradley.

Talking of celebrities we bring you an interview with man of the moment Hollywood superstar Timothée Chalamet who wowed fans in London on the red carpet at the Royal Festival Hall for the UK premiere of his new movie ‘Wonka’. We have also had the pleasure of chatting with singer-songwriter Hugh Cornwell, best known for being the lead vocalist and guitarist for the punk rock and new wave band, The Stranglers. Since leaving The Stranglers, Hugh has recorded a further ten solo studio albums and continues to record and perform live. He gives us all the gossip ahead of his new tour starting this month.
