Work is forging ahead to deliver 57 new homes at Heaton House in Camden Street close to Birmingham’s city centre.


Not only will the development by Elevate Property Group bring 14 town houses with terraced gardens and parking to the market, but also 42 one and two bedroomed apartments, including six loft apartments. It will also include the restoration of the historic Georgian mansion that gives the project its name.


The original Heaton House, a fine Regency property , was the home of a leading Birmingham merchant, William Cotterill. It was an early 19th century villa on Camden Street, which at the time was part of the middle class suburban developments that grew up on the fringes of the city centre in Birmingham.
