Welcome to the January edition of you Live 24-Seven magazine – a new month and a new year. Where did 2021 go?
It’s always exciting to look ahead at the coming year with the promise of everything the next 12 months can bring. Here at Live24-Seven we hope to give you some great inspiration for 2022 - for your health and beauty, for your social lives and for your home - starting right now.
In our interiors section we are focussing on kitchens this month and what better time to give this room a revamp? It’s probably been working hard for you over the last few weeks and been at the centre of your social events so might be looking a little tired. Have a look at how you can revitalise it.
If you are thinking of getting an early getaway this year, we take a look at some wonderfully luxurious ski resorts, perfect to recharge your batteries whilst getting in some all-action adventure too.

January is traditionally a month when lots of us look at our diets after a few weeks of over-indulgence. In recent years Veganuary has become a popular choice. If you do fancy going plant-based for a month we have two delicious recipes to give you a little inspiration.
Maybe you want to bolster your cooking skills. I had the pleasure of interviewing top chef Andrew Sheridan from 8 in Birmingham who has just released his book, packed with recipes sure to wow your friends. We also have an interview with the lovely Anton and Eric from Strictly Come dancing who are bringing their brand new show to the region this month.
Don’t forget I always love to hear from anyone who’d like to be included in the magazine. Maybe you have just got married, have written a book, won an award or have an unusual or interesting hobby.
Drop me a line and let’s see if we can feature you some time soon. Sally-ann x
