LIVE 24-SEVEN - COMMENT WELCOME TO L I V E 2 4 - S E V EN MAGA Z INE LI V E 24 IN WYE VALLEY & THE COTSWOLDS //MARCH 2 0 2 5 LIVE 24-SEVEN – THE COTSWOLDS PREMIER LUXURY LIFESTYLE MAGAZINE Mothers Day 30th March 2025 Welcome to the March edition of your Live 24-Seven magazine –

The start of spring already. I really love this time of year – it seems as this is when the year really opens up. The weather is getting better, we have lighter nights and there seem to be lots of exciting events just around the corner to keep us entertained.

We are so lucky here to have The Three Counties Showground on our doorstep and this month we take a look ahead at what the RHS Malvern Spring Festival has in store for us, a pioneering four-day horticultural extravaganza, will kick-start the RHS Floral Show season for 2025 when it returns from 8 – 11 May 2025, with a packed programme that includes a host of exciting new features.

March is also when we celebrate Mother’s Day of course. If you are looking for inspiration for gifts for your mum, check out our gift guides this month and hopefully something there will catch your eye. Or instead of a gift, perhaps you want to take your mum out for a special evening. Our entertainment section has some great events taking place at venues across the region – you could book tickets for two and enjoy some quality time together.

This month’s celebrity interview is with the wonderful Renée Zellweger of Briget Jones fame. In this issue Renée talks about returning to play Bridget Jones once again, what she loves about her character and what audiences can expect from Bridget in this latest instalment. The Oscar-winning actress also opens up about why she took a break from acting, whether she has ever ‘faked it ‘till make it’ like her hapless character, her thoughts on online dating and more….

And if the warmer weather isn’t coming quite as quickly as you’d like, why not book an overseas trip, we have put together a great Travel Feature, 10 reasons to love the Maldives, Cast adrift in the clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, Kuoni are the original experts when it comes to Maldives holidays. They were there when the first resort opened its ‘doors’ back in 1972 and have loved sharing this beautiful island nation with guests ever since.

See you next month, just in time for Easter
