Don’t miss what’s happening on Palmer Plexus

Your Palmer community is all in one place. Discover events, connect with classmates and alumni, explore career opportunities, find jobs, and share advice with current students.

We recently asked alumni to share with students how they find professional balance.

“Schedule times for rest, fun, and time to get away just like you schedule your patient care times.” — J. Douglas Busch, D.C. (`96)

“When I’m in the office, my practice has my undivided attention. When I’m at the gym, on the golf course, or at home with my wife, that same focus applies.” — Kody Severino, D.C. (`17)

“Point yourself in the direction you want to go, maintain focus on your goals, be alert to your surroundings … and finally, have some fun along the way!” — Jason Blackketter, D.C. (`09)
