Delivering an uninterrupted and fast customer experience and communication, Cargy enables cargo tracking and Q&D based schedule inquiries without any time constraint. As part of the Digital Marketplaces project, it is possible to become readily integrated with digital marketplace platforms and key customers directly, thanks to the API, developed together with Turkish Airlines Technology. This integration enables customers to make bookings with just a few clicks. It all means the workforce can be assigned to added value tasks, boosting their motivation and minimising potential errors. Consequently, air cargo transportation is a critical component of global trade, and with a fleet of more than 400 aircraft and more than 300 destinations worldwide, Turkish Cargo has concentrated efforts to achieve sustainable air cargo transportation with a robust infrastructure by adopting new-generation technologies and the contribution of all stakeholders in the industry for development-driven growth in global competition. ●
