LEEA new process for technical questions
LEEA members wishing to submit their technical enquiries to the Technical Triage can now only do so through the LEEA chatbot, which is available on the homepage of
leeaint.com and the Connect App. The technical advice email mailbox technicaladvice@leeaint. com has now closed. A new system for handling technical questions has been implemented to streamline LEEA’s support process and enhance the user experience. Moving forward, all technical inquiries should be submitted through the LEEA Chatbot. To submit a question: visit the LEEA website or open the LEEA Connect App and navigate to the Chatbot. The Chatbot is designed to provide immediate assistance and can answer a range of technical questions. If the Chatbot is unable to answer your question, it will automatically escalate your query to the technical team, who will provide

of the kind of questions it receives are to do with powered lifting machines (bridge and gantry cranes, portable hoists, mobile cranes), including; meanings of abbreviations for types of indicators and monitors fitted to them, exceeding the design life, inspection height of handrails on Goliath cranes and requirements for textile slings, metal accessory and component discard criteria, competency for inspection and testing of pad eyes or lugs on loads.
