Promoting victim protection with NCDV
Obtaining a civil protective order (such as a Non-Molestation Order or the new DAPO in pilot areas) as soon as possible after an incident, significantly increases a victim’s chances of breaking free from abuse. At a time when domestic abuse services are stretched, NCDV offers a free, fast, and effective legal route - regardless of gender or legal aid eligibility.
