PHTM EXPO 2026 in Milton Keynes will go down as a landmark moment for our team a show defined by record-breaking engagement, meaningful convers- ations, and the strongest industry response we’ve ever seen. From the moment the doors opened, taxi operators from every corner of the UK flocked to our stand to explore how TaxiBot and our Smart Messaging platform are transforming the way fleets communicate, operate, and grow.


This year wasn’t just busy - it was exceptional. The volume of operators who came specifically to see us to discuss automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency showed just how rapidly the industry is evolving and how ready fleets are to embrace technology that delivers real, measurable benefits.


TaxiBot takes centre stage


TaxiBot was the star attraction throughout the two-day event. Operators were eager to see how our automation engine handles bookings, customer queries, and notifications across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, all without requiring passengers to download an app. l Live demos ran back-to-back as operators watched TaxiBot:


l Respond instantly to customer messages l Capture bookings directly through social media channels


l Reduce missed calls and unhandled enquiries l Integrate seamlessly with dispatch systems l Deliver guaranteed notifications with industry- leading reliability


The reaction was overwhelmingly positive. Many operators told us they were losing jobs daily because customers increasingly prefer messaging over phone calls. TaxiBot’s ability to meet passengers where they already are on their favourite messaging apps resonated strongly with fleets of all sizes.

Smart Messaging: a game-changer for taxi operators


Alongside TaxiBot, our Smart Messaging service drew huge interest from operators looking to modernise their communication strategy. With features like automated updates, broadcast announcements, customer retention tools, and multi-channel engagement, Smart Messaging is helping fleets: l Reduce no-shows l Improve customer satisfaction l Boost repeat bookings l Streamline driver-passenger communication

TaxiBot Lite competition


One of the highlights of PHTM 2026 was our TaxiBot Lite subscription competition. With a huge number of entries from operators across the UK, the excitement built steadily throughout the show.


We’re delighted to announce that the winner was Paul Newbery from Elite Cars Liverpool.
