ISS’s new software division appointment
VEHICLE safety technology specialists, Innovative Safety Systems Ltd (ISS) have announced the appointment of David Gladding as Commercial Director of their new Fleetclear division.
Gavin Thoday, Chief Executive Officer, ISS said: “Fleetclear is a pioneering new software solution that will enable fleet operators to have access to a whole new level of information and visibility for their entire fleet. David has an impressive track record in developing and marketing fleet management software solutions and will help us to accelerate our plans in this area. I am delighted to have him on the team.”
David has over 25 years’ experience working within the software space specialising in the automation of processes, primarily for cloud businesses, and spent the last seven years in the fleet management industry.
David said: “I joined ISS because I’m really impressed with the technology they work with and they have a superb product portfolio. I like their ‘solution to a problem’ approach to developing vehicle technology and that they invest heavily in R&D to make sure their products meet the requirements of everyone involved with a vehicle’s operation from senior management and supervisors to drivers and operators.
We are addressing a clear gap in the market and I am very excited about driving the company’s expansion in this area.”
ISS designs, supplies and maintains a wide range of vehicle safety technology, most of which is manufactured in the UK.
