ADELANTE HEALTHCARE - AVONDALE WIC
FREE services provided to Arizona families who qualify. Mothers, fathers, grandparents, foster parents or other legal guardians of a child under 5 can apply for WIC. We also help pregnant and postpartum moms. Appointments are required and provided via phone.

HELPING FAMILIES IN NEED Apply or renew AHCCCS, SNAP,
KidsCare or TANF benefits as well as enroll in the Health Insurance
Marketplace during enrollment period.

COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM
This program offers rental, mortgage, and utility assistance to households in the Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park area that are experiencing a hardship.

The Southwest Family Advocacy Center offers Community Awareness Prevention Education classes to the public, at no cost. All classes are hosted virtually via Zoom, and are perfect for everyone who works with and cares for children. Parents,
grandparents, foster parents, educators, faith-based leaders, youth-serving organizations, and childcare providers are
encouraged to join. Topics include:
} Child Safety Classes } Technology and Digital Safety Classes } Relationships and Dating Classes } Mental Health Classes
