A free library card is available to all Maricopa County residents with a photo ID with current address or a photo ID with a separate proof of address (utility bill, post-marked mail, car registration, etc.). Non-Maricopa County residents may also obtain a card for $40 per year with ID and proof of address.

Avondale residents receive a $15 discount for youth programs offered by the American Sports Complex (ASC) - Avondale at the Randall McDaniel Sports Complex.


Programs offered for ages 5 - 13. Proof of residency is required to receive the discount. Register at the ASC.
