NOVICE DIVE 7-17 yrs
Participants are taught the fundamentals of spring board diving, with an emphasis on the approach, forward and back dives. Recommended for participants who want to join the dive team. Must be able to swim in a level 3 and be comfortable in the water. Must pass try-out before joining team. Classes are Monday thru Friday; FREE; 45 Minutes
NOVICE WATER POLO 7-17 yrs
Water Polo instruction for youth ages 7 to 17. Learn the fundamentals of Water Polo and participate in games and tournaments. Must pass try-out before joining team. Classes are Monday thru Friday; FREE; 45 Minutes
PRE-SCHOOL AQUATICS 6 months-6 yrs
This class will familiarize children with the water and teach swimming readiness skills through fun activities, such as blowing bubbles and playing with water toys. Instructors will also provide safety information for parents and teach techniques parents can use to orient their child to the water. Parents or guardians (18 years and over) must be in the water with their child. Classes are Monday thru Friday; $20/2 Weeks; 30 Minutes
SENIOR WELLNESS 55 yrs and up
Aqua Exercise, Water Resistance Walking, or just lounging in the therapy pool. This program allows participants to build strength, flexibility, and endurance with low impact exercises without the consequences of sore joints. This program gives an opportunity for seniors to have an active healthier lifestyle.
Classes are Monday thru Friday; FREE; 45 Minutes
TIGER SHARKS 7-17 yrs
This group is designed for ages 7-17. It focuses on the fundamentals of competitive swimming (rules and regulations), technique and stroke development with an introduction to endurance training in a fun and dynamic environment
