As TAPA EMEA’s Security Standards certifications programme grows at an ever-faster face, we are pleased to confirm we have expanded the size of our Standards Team in the region to support our members as they begin or increase their adoption of our Facility Security Requirements (FSR), Trucking Security Requirements (TSR) and Parking Security Requirements (PSR).
Our highly motivated Standards Team has done some fantastic work in recent times and supported TAPA EMEA’s efforts to create and maintain high quality supply chain security standards and training which improve the resilience of our members’ supply chains. This work is interesting and continues to grow. Our new structure allows us to have more members involved in the work of this important team, which will support our future needs and the continued growth of our Standards certifications.
We recently reached out to the TAPA EMEA membership to seek applications to join
the team. We received a fantastic response of nearly 50 applications offering us a wide range of skills and experience. Thank you to everyone who applied for this great show of commitment to our Standards. Sadly, we had to trim the applications down to a manageable number, adding 24 new recruits to the 10 existing Standards Team members.
This new team will significantly help us to prepare for the future challenges we will see in supply chain security.
