> In March 2016, the MTC Foundation unveiled a presidential hall of honor at Harbison Theatre. The display honors the leadership and dedication of each of the five past MTC presidents: Robert L. Grigsby, Jr.; Dr. James R. Morris, Jr.; Dr. James L. Hudgins; Dr. Barry W. Russell; and Dr. Marshall (Sonny) White, Jr.
> The Midlands Technical College Foundation and the MTC Corporate and Continuing Education division hosted the inaugural Celebration of Partnerships event in May 2016 honoring those whose support has made the college a first-choice institution. The celebration included alumni, distinguished guests, and more than 100 college partners; including many representatives of the 130 companies that choose MTC as their preferred training partner.
