Goff is a biology instructor and the assistant director for MTC’s latest Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) titled M.O.R.E. (Maximizing Online Readiness and Excellence), which helps students prepare for online classes. This is the second year in a row that an MTC professor has taken home the ACCT Southern Region Faculty Award.


2022 Black History Month Honoree Richland School District Two


JOSEPH BIAS | General Counsel


Attorney Joseph Bias was one of 14 honorees recognized by Richland School District Two. Outside of his legal work for the college, he has volunteered as an attorney coach for middle and high school mock trial teams for more than a decade. This marks the second year in a row that an MTC leader has been recognized by Richland Two.

Graham has been elected a member of Government Finance Officers Association of South Carolina (GFOASC) Board of Directors. She has served the organization for the past seven years. The organization promotes effective management of government resources with training, certifications, and sharing fiscal practices.
