Maison de ville Throughout Provence, you’ll fi nd all types of townhouses, oſt en with a courtyard rather than a garden, and generally spread over three storeys. Be prepared to pay between €150,000 and €200,000 for one that’s move-in-ready and in easy reach of good transport links.

Luxury villas This is a region fi lled with millionaires, so you’ll fi nd plenty of villas with infi nity pools, wraparound balconies, landscaped gardens and contemporary architecture. For those with coastal views, expect to pay upwards of €2m.
