ProKASRO confirms Australasian Service Facility
Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, specialist German sewer rehabilitation equipment manufacturer and supplier ProKASRO Mechatronik GmbH has been steadily growing its presence within the Australasian marketplace. ProKASRO is well known within the sewer rehabilitation industry for being a leader in the areas of sewer robotics and Ultra Violet (UV) light cured lining equipment.
ProKASRO has always prided itself on having a strong and consistent aftersales structure and due to continued growth within Australia and New Zealand it became apparent that an authorised and fully supported service facility based in Australia would be needed to further support the increasing demands and requirements for both new and existing customers. During the recent No Dig Down Under trade show held in Brisbane, ProKASRO held discussions with Spoutvac (a Bucher Municipal Company) to determine their interest in assisting ProKASRO with service and support within Australia and New Zealand. Based in East Bendigo, Victoria, Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal) have a strong reputation in Australia based on the sales and support of their HPWJ and CCTV systems. Following lengthy negotiations, it was agreed between both parties that an agreement in principle could be reached and as such, contracts were recently exchanged to confirm that Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal) would be appointed as service and support partners for ProKASRO within the Australasian marketplace.
Commenting for ProKASRO, Simon Little (International Sales) stated 70 | August 2024 |

that “due to changes within the Australian/New Zealand marketplace, it became more apparent that a reliable and open service partner was required to support our new and existing customers. Following the negotiations with Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal) it became clear that they share the same outlook and beliefs as ProKASRO and combined with their existing reputation and service network it was an easy decision to appoint Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal) as Australasian service partner for ProKASRO”. For Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal), Andrew Gladman (Sales Manager) commented that “Partnering with ProKASRO as the market leader in both sewer robotics and UV lining equipment develops both the knowledge and customer base for Spoutvac (Bucher Municipal). Service and aftersales support is a big focus for both companies and having met the team at ProKASRO we are confident that the shared goals and objectives can be achieved leading to improved service and communication for our customers within Australia and New Zealand”.
