RACHEL McCARTHY DIRECTOR


Rachel provides strategic advice and bespoke marketing on individual and portfolio sales, acquisitions and leasing across all types of healthcare property providing child, adult and elderly care. She also carries out site assessments and supply and demand research.


She joined Colliers in 2010 and has specialised in the Healthcare sector for over 26 years.


ADRIAN ILOTT MRICS, BSc (Hons) DIRECTOR


Adrian’s expertise focuses on providing consultancy for healthcare businesses and extra care facilities, acting for corporate and regional clients on a nationwide basis. He also assists in the research analyses for our annual Healthcare KPI’s for the elderly and specialist markets. He has over 17 years’ experience in the sector covering advisory services, brokerage, valuation, development consultancy and landlord and tenant representation.


BECKY THOMSON BA(Hons), FRICS ASSOCIATE


Becky specialises in the appraisal and valuation of trading healthcare and educational properties. She recently re-joined Colliers from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has over 15 years’ commercial real estate experience.


SIMONE MARSHALL BSc, MSc ASSOCIATE


Simone works with both Healthcare and Capital Markets providing consultancy and strategic advice to clients within the primary care and retirement living sectors. She joined Colliers in 2016, having spent six years at Octopus Healthcare, optimising the capital/rental growth of the MedicX fund, with expertise in investment, development, lease negotiations, and refinancing on single assets and portfolios.


JEREMY TASKER DIPLA, MRICS MANAGING DIRECTOR | SPECIAL PROJECTS


Jeremy works in the UK on M&A, sales and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation and consultancy on the widest range of healthcare properties and businesses to include Hospitals (acute, specialist focussed and psychiatric), care facilities (old age, mental health, specialist care), primary health (surgeries, poly centres) and special schools. Internationally, on Valuation and Advisory Services, Research Services, Development Consulting, Residential/Multi-Family and Mixed-Use.
