We provide formal valuation advice on our client’s investment portfolio (PropCo) of care homes leased to one of the top operators in the UK, comprising c 10,000 beds.
CONSENSUS
We carry out annual accounts valuations under UK GAAP of the Consensus learning disability portfolio, a leading specialist care provider, part of the Caring Homes group.
The portfolio comprises over 70 registered care homes and supported living accommodation. As part of our valuations for UK GAAP, we can apportion the values between the land, buildings and trade.
HCP REIT
We provide on-going strategic valuation advice including land and building apportionment for US and UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to HCP Inc., the large US based REIT, being a S&P 500 company listed on the NYSE, investing primarily in real estate serving the healthcare industry.
TARGET HEALTHCARE REIT
Colliers are the fund valuers and strategic advisors for Target Healthcare REIT, a specialist investor in UK care homes and other healthcare assets.
MONARCH ALTERNATIVE CAPITAL (EUROPE) LTD
We provide annual and quarterly valuations across two portfolios comprising 60 healthcare property assets and investments around the UK.
GENERAL HEALTHCARE GROUP/ BMI
We provide consultancy advice to the UK’s largest hospital provider. Our work includes consultancy and strategic review in respect to the Competition and Market Authority, incorporating a review of the UK private hospital market and an assessment of operational and start-up costs.
In addition, we also provide re-instatement valuations across the entire BMI hospital portfolio and annual inspections of part of the portfolio to assist with management reporting.
