ADAM LENTON MRICS, BSc (Hons) HEAD OF HEALTHCARE
Adam works on transactions in capital markets providing strategic advice and, portfolio appraisals and valuations, for a number of the largest operators, funds and investors in healthcare. He has over 20 years’ experience in the sector and is Head of one of the largest dedicated healthcare teams in the UK.
MAX BROADBENT MRICS, BSc (Hons), MSc DIRECTOR
Max works in the UK and Internationally providing strategic growth advice, reviewing and advising on developments, valuations and due diligence of trading healthcare and education properties, implementing structured fundraising plans and providing transactional advice. He deals with Acute Hospitals; Elderly Care; Seniors Housing; Special Education; Mental Health and Leaning Disability Care and recently brokered a transaction of LRH care homes for over £70m.
CHRIS SABERTON MRICS DIRECTOR
Chris specialises in the appraisal and valuation of trading healthcare and educational properties ranging from single assets to large corporate portfolios. He joined Colliers in 2008, prior to that having 17 years’ experience in the healthcare valuation sector.
TATIANA DOUGLAS MRICS, BA(Hons), MSc ASSOCIATE
Tatiana specialises in valuations and due diligence of primary care/trading healthcare and educational properties, strategic advice and transactional consultancy. She has over ten years’ experience in the sector having joined Colliers in 2016 from the NHS where she managed property and assets of mixed use primary care, mental health, acute and specialist care portfolios.
NICOLAUS WHITE MRICS, BSc (Hons) SENIOR SURVEYOR
Nick specialises in the appraisal and valuation of trading healthcare properties in the elderly and specialist sectors for a wide range of clients for secured lending, ,acquisition, sales and accountancy purposes. He has over 10 years of experience in the sector having previously worked at CBRE in the investment property management team.
