ComforTools® ACCA’s ComforTools help you educate your customers on a wide variety of cus- tomer HVAC-related questions. These single-page leave-behinds include infor- mation from a non-profit third-party source (ACCA) to help build confidence in your business with your customers. Best
of all, these tools are customizable, so you can add your company information. The most recent ComforTool covers
the 25C Energy Efficiency Tax Credit. Earlier this year, Congress extended the popular 25C tax credit for fed- eral taxpayers who install qualified energy-efficient retrofits in their primary residence, including higher efficiency heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)equipment through the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This ComforTool helps inform your customers about the tax credit, and the information they will need to obtain the credit. You can find the 25C ComforTool along

Codes and Coffee is hosted by David Bixby, ACCA’s manager of codes and standards, and an invited guest who is considered an expert on the topic.
