JUSTIN LAUTEN, vice president of Total Air & Heat in Plano, Texas, was recently announced as this year’s recipient of the Federated Insurance ACCA Super S.T.A.R. Award. Each year, Air Conditioning Contractors of

accidents that remind them how important a consistent and credible safety program is, but getting it to soak into the team’s behavior and routine is the hard part,” said Justin, of his team of 45 employees and fleet of 25 vehicles. To tackle this challenge, Total Air & Heat
