Serval Safaris BOTSWANA
Serval Safaris offers exciting mobile safaris into the wilderness of Botswana. The company’s signature Heritage Blue Ribbon range offers guests authentic, exclusive and fully serviced mobile safaris. Clients will experience the fascinating and
diverse ecosystems of Botswana. From the immense inland delta of the Okavango, through Chobe National Park with its teeming wildlife to the vast plains of the ancient Kalahari, the country has something for all travellers. The prolific wildlife of Botswana makes it one
of the best safari destinations in Africa. Huge herds of elephants roam the bush and life- and-death struggles take place on the plains as predators stalk their prey. Botswana is a haven for a number of
endangered species including wild dog, cheetah, brown hyena, Cape vulture, wattled crane and Pel’s fishing owl. Sighting any of these will make the safari experience even more memorable. A mobile safari is an active expedition, with early mornings and full days of game viewing
ending with evenings around the campfire, sharing stories of the day’s adventures. Clients explore the bush in a private
customised four-wheel-drive vehicle, shaded by a broad canopy. Open sides and raised seating provides uninterrupted views of the wildlife. During afternoon game drives, the vehicle
will stop for a sundowner, allowing clients to sip a cool beverage as they take in the spectacular landscape. The vehicle will then return to camp. The tents are comfortable and equipped with
down duvets, wrapped beds and hot water bottles for those chilly winter nights. Each tent has its own en suite with a private shower and toilet. A family tent is also available with connected sleeping areas and a shared private en suite bathroom. Clients will spend a minimum of three nights
in each destination so they’re not rushed and can really explore the area before moving on. Each Heritage Blue Ribbon safari is flexible and can be customised to cater to the client’s specific needs and interests.
Don’t miss Explore the Okavango Delta by mokoro, a traditional dugout canoe, quietly gliding past the many islands that dot the delta
