relationship between the guest and their food. It aims to provide solutions to the problems of overpopulation, global warming and the decline of natural resources through a nine-step menu for eight people that happens every Friday and Saturday night at the hotel’s Bogotá location. It has become a movement based on the transformation of resources and the search for alternatives for a more balanced life from a more inclusive and deeper perspective through food.
