Advantage Travel Partnership Launches New AI Hub for Members

ADVANTAGE Travel Partnership has unveiled its new AI Hub designed to support members through guidance, tools and support.

The introduction of the new AI Hub comes following direct feedback from members seeking clearer support around maximising the use of AI within their businesses.

www.nitravelnews.com The AI platform will allow members

to benefit from practical, flexible and regularly updated support that helps them build confidence, improve understanding and embed AI in ways that are relevant to their own businesses. Advantage has taken into consideration that travel businesses will have different levels of confidence, resources, technical capabilities and commercial priorities, therefore the tool has been designed to support members from every stage. It will allow members to reduce time on repetitive tasks, improve productivity and communication,

strengthen

marketing activity and will lead to teams being able to focus on higher-value human led service. Paul Nunn, Chief Operating Officer at Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “AI is moving incredibly quickly, and we were very conscious that creating a single Advantage AI tool was not necessarily

the best way to support members over the long term. A tool can date quickly. What members need is confidence, guidance and practical support that can evolve as the technology evolves. “That is why we have taken a different approach. The AI Hub is about helping members understand how to embed AI safely and effectively into their own businesses, rather than asking them to adopt one fixed solution. It gives them a clear framework they can use with confidence, whatever stage they are at. “Used in the right way, AI can help remove some of the more repetitive tasks that take time away from teams, improve efficiencies and support better ways of working. This sits alongside our broader technology roadmap and our ongoing commitment to giving members access to the tools, partners and guidance that help them remain competitive.” David Moon, Member Success Director

at Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “Our members are at different stages of their AI journey. Some are just starting to ask what AI could mean for their business, while others are already testing tools and looking for more structured ways to build AI into their processes. “The strong engagement we saw at Conference showed just how important this topic has become. Members want clear, easy-to-understand advice that is relevant to the realities of running an independent travel business. The AI Hub has been built with that in mind, giving members a practical starting point to create efficiencies, support their teams and make informed decisions about how AI can help their business grow. “This is not about a one-off launch. It is about supporting members on an ongoing journey as AI becomes more embedded across travel businesses and customer behaviour continues to change.”
