Jet2 Launches Winter Sun 27/28
Programme from Belfast JET2 has announced the launch of its Winter Sun programme from Belfast International
Airport 2027/28.
As demand from holidaymakers looking to escape the long winter continues, the leisure airline and tour operator is once again giving customers what they want by putting over 155,000 seats on sale from Belfast International Airport.
A choice of eight winter sun destinations for Winter
have gone on sale from Belfast International Airport:
Lanzarote, Gran Canaria,
The Canary Islands (Tenerife, Fuerteventura),
Spain (Alicante, Malaga), Portugal (Faro), and Turkey (Antalya). During peak periods, the airline and tour operator will operate 22 weekly outbound flights.
The release of the programme comes in response to demand from holidaymakers looking to book ahead and enjoy some winter sunshine. It also makes Jet2 the first airline

EASYJET holidays has reached a major sustainability milestone, now offering more than 3,000 Certified Sustainable hotels across its beach and city destinations, resulting in almost one million customers staying
in a
Certified Sustainable hotel in the last year.
Each property has been independently verified against recognised sustainability standards,
reinforcing the company’s commitment creating better holiday choices for its customers, as part of its mission to make more sustainable holidays mainstream.
Over the past 12 months, easyJet holidays has significantly expanded its sustainability capability across its hotel portfolio, delivering GSTC-aligned training to more than 100 hotel partners. By increasing the number of certified properties, the business is helping to drive positive, long-term impact in the destinations its customers visit.
