Jet2holidays Launches Peaks Campaign to Support Independent Travel Agents

Royal Caribbean Ireland Gear Up for Busy 2026 and Beyond…

NI Travel News’ Christine McCleery joined Royal Caribbean Ireland, along with fellow Irish media and trade, for an insightful trade dinner at the stunning Powercourt Hotel, County Wickow. Jennifer Callister, John Booty and Aaron Langford presented the latest developments within the cruise company, highlighting its new Perfect Day Mexico and Royal Beach Club Santorini – both announced in previ- ous weeks.

Royal Caribbean will also oversee the addition of a fourth Icon class ship which launches in 2027, followed by its seventh Oa- sis class ship which will join the fleet in 2028. However, newly on the horizon, the cruise

line will welcome Legend of the Seas next summer, where the vessel will sail guests through Europe and the southern Caribbean. These

developments have highlighted

the growth across the company with further varied itineraries and, with the addition of its newest beach club and Perfect Day, will continue to grow to new customers along- side returning guests hoping to bolster the cruise line in the coming years. Royal Carib- bean Ireland has also confirmed it will work with agents here on the Island of Ireland to help deliver this growth goal; this will be seen through trade incentives, local store takeovers, the return of its VR headsets and frequent store visits.

JET2HOLIDAYS has launched a new campaign called ‘Ready for Take Off’ to support independent travel agent part- ners during this key festive period. At the core of the ‘Ready for Take Off’ campaign is a marketing toolkit that has been designed to give travel agents the tools to boost their marketing

knowledge and increase engagement with their customers during peaks. The toolkit has been designed in consultation with senior colleagues and sector experts from across Jet2 and is a dedicated landing page with expert guidance and practical tips when it comes to crucial areas of marketing such as social media, SEO and email.

The dedicated online toolkit can be accessed through the Jet2holidays trade website.

Jet2holidays’ trade team will also be visiting partners to deliver ‘Take Off Training’ too – with sessions planned from January through to March.
