Holiday’ Ability for Travel Agent Partners
EASYJET holidays’ travel agent
partners can now amend customer bookings as part of the new ‘Manage Holiday’ function via the trade portal. This new enhancement will give
agents greater flexibility and control over customer bookings, allowing them to manage and update holiday arrangements on behalf of their customers. Agents will now be able to make a range of booking amendments via the trade portal including: Changing holiday dates for bookings 28 days or more before departure Amending flight times to another flight on the same day, 28 days or more before departure
Name changes of up to three characters for anyone on the booking other than the lead passenger Adding,
removing, check-in
Adding bags via the airline website The news also means travel agent partners can make transfers and name changes free of charge, and lower amendment fees for date, flight, or seat changes made via the trade portal. BACK in November, members of the Northern Irish travel trade joined Wendy Wu Tours on China Mega Fam Trip 2025. On Saturday 1st November 2025, agents
from across the province ventured from Belfast to London Heathrow, before boarding an overnight flight to Chengdu. From Chengdu, the agents ventured via
bullet train to Changqing Shapingba, where they then got a coach transfer to Chongqing Ronghui Grand Hotel, where they resided for the duration of their 8 day Chinese adventure. On Monday 3rd November, the agents were greeted with breakfast at the hotel before the Wendy Wu Tours team conducted a welcome briefing. Commencing the trip’s itinerary, agents were taken to the Tongnan district, before visiting the Yang Family resident, and visiting the Yuwang Palace, where they had the opportunity to experience a Sichuan Opera performance.

a Yuzhong district tour, where they visited sights such as the Three Gorges Museum, Huguang Guild Hall, Great Hall, Chaotianmen Square, Yangtze River Cableway, and eighteen ladders. Northern Irish Travel Trade Attend Wendy Wu Tours China Mega Fam 2025

The evening saw agents venture on a relaxing river cruise to round out their evening. Wednesday brought a jam-packed itinerary
for agents as they attend the Chongqing Travel Conference before exploring the Chongqing area in the afternoon. Thursday saw agents venture further
into China’s hidden heartland, with agents beginning their day with a visit to Xituo Ancient Town before heading to Pengshui County with a visit to the Chiyou Jiuli City Scenic area. In Pengshui County, agents enjoyed a banquet dinner before embarking on a scenic Jiuli evening cruise. The final day of Wendy Wu Tour’s China Mega Fam saw agents take in the breathtaking sights of Tiansheng Three Bridges Scenic area, before enjoying lunch at the Mountain Xianshanli Club before transferring back to the Chongqui Ronghu Grand Hotel. Once arriving back at the hotel, agents took part in an enlightening training session with the Wendy Wu Tours team, allowing agents to reflect on the trip and learn more about selling the region amongst their customer base.
