Hays Travel Announce 2024 BIG HAYS TRAVEL THANK YOU

for each booking. “Travel partners are a cornerstone of Royal Caribbean, and we have listened to their feedback to reimagine how they are rewarded by incentivising their efforts in securing higher-value bookings,” said Aaron Langford, senior sales director of U.K. and Ireland, Royal Caribbean International. “With Upper Deck we are excited to raise the game on the earning potential for agents supporting our business and I can’t wait to welcome more agents, both new to the brand and new to cruise, as a result.”

THE BIG HAYS TRAVEL THANK YOU is back and bigger than ever. New for 2024, colleagues in Travel House and Miles Morgan Travel will join those across Hays Travel retail, head office, and homeworkers, to be in with a chance to win some very generous prizes from September to December.

Hays Travel will award SEVEN monthly prizes in September, October, and November, with even more prizes given away in December’s countdown to Christmas. Chosen at random, there will be five retail winners – one in each Hays Travel division – one in Head Office, and one homeworker selected from the personal travel consultant, and the virtual and cruise contact centre areas. Dame Irene Hays said: “This year, we’re delighted to extend our popular Big Hays Travel Thank You to include our amazing Miles Morgan

Travel and Travel House colleagues. With seven prizes being awarded each month, and even more in December, team- members across our group have reason to be excited. “We hope this year’s prizes show just how much we appreciate our Hays Travel family. It’s been another busy and successful year, so we’re looking forward to the fun and excitement our Big Hays Travel Thank You generates as we edge into the colder months and prepare for January peaks.” At the end of September seven lucky colleagues will receive £500 towards their bills for six months. Other prizes include £2,000 towards a holiday of each winners’ choice in October, and Christmas wrapped up thanks to a £2,000 shopping spree in November.
