NI Travel Trade Raise £3,500 for Local Bereavement Support Charity


NI Travel News are delighted to announce that £3,500 was raised on the evening of Friday 13th October at the 31st annual NI Travel & Tourism Awards. Guests attending dug deep for this years supported charity, Cruse Bereavement Support. Cruse has been providing life- changing bereavement support in Northern Ireland since 1984. We help people through one of the most painful times in life – with bereavement support, information and campaigning. We have seven Branches across Northern Ireland and last year our amazing volunteers gave 30,000 hours of their time to support over 2,000 bereaved children, adults and young people. We have specialist bereavement services for schools and children and a traumatic bereavement service to support those who have been bereaved by a sudden death including suicide, accident and the Covid-19 pandemic. Our services are free


and open to everyone, with support available to children (from the age of 4+), young people and adults. A MASSIVE thank you to our amazing suppliers that donated prizes for the evening and huge congratulations to our winners.
