Paraszczak to Executive Vice President, REMET Corporation. John joined REMET Corporation in November 2014
as Corporate Treasurer. From there, John was named Vice President, Finance & Administration and has taken on expanded SBU operational duties & responsibilities along the way (e.g., manufacturing, quality assurance, etc.) while managing all the finance and admin functions.

Manager of Treasury Operations at SP Plus Corporation (formerly known as Standard Parking Corporation) a NASDAQ listed company from 2002 until 2014 where he served a key role in managing, updating, and streamlining their North American Treasury operations, including SP Plus’s acquisition
and integration of Central
Parking Corporation. This appointment supports and is in line with our long-term succession planning commitment to REMET Corporation. REMET Corporation are also proud to announce the promotion of Dr. Azhar Juhari to Laboratory Manager at their global headquarters in Utica, N.Y.
Azhar has been with REMET for over 5
years since joining REMET UK Ltd. in 2017 as a Polymer Chemist at the European headquarters in Rochester, UK. He gained his doctorate from Johannes
Gutenberg University in Germany where he studied the “Structure-Property Relations in Complex Copolymer Systems” in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. Azhar joined REMET from Petronas having spent over 10 years working in the oil and gas sector. In his new role he will lead REMET
