industry standards and facilitates progressive quality assurance. The visual monitoring system aids the operator with real time details to monitor the entire process. The environmental control system is synchronized to ensure a precise, material friendly drying and coating environment.
Collaboration and Innovation The evolution of Autoline is rooted in the legacy of Xinyu’s foundry in Jiangsu, China. Starting as a modest team of certified casting engineers in the early 1990s, Xinyu pioneered precision cast sewing machine parts, then expanded to develop the first valve casting in China. In 2003, they overcame industry limitations with the first investment cast EGI system aligned with Euro 3 standards. This innovative spirit continues today with the EGI Euro 7 standard—an evolution driven by continuous collaboration with industry leaders and academic experts. Through strategic partnerships and a commitment to advanced machinery and operational excellence, Xinyu has streamlined its casting process under Autheyi, a branch of the company dedicated to precision machining.
A Family of Innovation For Autoline, innovation is not just a hope—it’s the driving force behind their every development. Born from a family of research- and innovation-centric companies, they remain responsive to industry needs and committed to driving transformative change to benefit everyone. They are always eager to partner, innovate, and invest in progressive developments for precision casting.
The Future of Precision Casting Autoline is always open to forge robust partnerships and engage in strategic initiatives that further revolutionize

precision casting. Their innovation continues as they develop two groundbreaking advancements: the creation and use of environmentally conscious water-soluble cores, and the integration of 3D model printing directly with casting wax. These initiatives will further streamline the process from concept drawing to 3D printed shell ready models, reducing production time and material waste while enhancing design flexibility and sustainability. They look to the future with confidence in collaboration with the industry, together they can accomplish great things in the ever changing and growing global intellectual community. operations in Rayong, Thailand where they established a second foundry. Rayong hosts 2 robotic shell making lines which became functional in September and began running production in November 2024. They expect two additional robotic lines to be fully operational by the end of 2025. Construction is starting soon on a new sand casting foundry, also based in Rayong, Thailand.
