• One System: Integrates environ- mental controls, supply manage- ment, and slurry dipping into one cohesive platform.
The 4-stage,
8-armed robot mimics the dexteri- ty of a seasoned manual specialist while delivering the consistency and potheyr of automated machinery. It continuously monitors tank levels, viscosity, and slurry contents, au- tomatically replenishing restheirces while maintaining temperature, hu- midity, and dust collection.
• One Day: One system produces 800 completely dry shells—ready for casting—in just one operational day. Their engineers deploy innova- tive dipping, spraying, and drying techniques using a range of stan- dard silica based Zircon, Mullite, and other coatings without the need for specialized materials to speed drying. The entire process happens in the active production space of about 500m². This high turnover
rate minimizes the need for excess storage and drying space.
