Presenter: Dr. Shari Frisinger, Cornerstone Strategies, Inc.

Setting vision, mission and values, the foundation of a company and flight department along with leadership and actions, is simply the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Creating and sustaining them are two completely separate actions; if they are easy to create, they may be difficult to sustain.

This course will help in developing clear vision and mission statements and show you how living your values aids in implementing and supporting behaviors that boost safety, cohesiveness, process improvement, and adjusting to an environment that requires quick adaptations.

Because values are human-related, and people are needed to achieve the vision and satisfy the mission, we will focus on behaviors, motivators, empowerment and creating a culture that supports your vision, mission and values statements, and sustains the highest level of safety, ethical decision-making, and confidence.

This course fulfills NBAA PDP Objective L1.
