Winning a Catey marks the pinnacle of a career in hospitality and this year there were 23 new entrants to that exclusive club. All of this year’s winners have been nominated and recognised by their peers, with more than 100 expert judges select- ing our outstanding shortlist. I would like to thank all of the judges
